TPA Talent Connect is a new addition to The Podcast Academy's educational and professional development programming, designed to serve as a bridge between podcast talent and the companies, organizations, and industry leaders seeking that talent.

The Podcast Academy is uniquely positioned to connect creators with the people shaping the future of podcasting. Through TPA Talent Connect, we help our members gain direct access to hiring managers, recruiters, executives, and decision-makers from leading podcast companies, agencies, networks, platforms, and brands.

Breaking into the podcast industry can often feel like navigating closed doors, limited networks, and endless applications. TPA Talent Connect helps remove those barriers by creating opportunities for members to get directly in front of industry leaders who are actively building teams, seeking collaborators, and looking for talent.

Through curated virtual hiring events, company showcases, networking opportunities, talent spotlights, and partner-led recruitment sessions, members can learn about organizations, make meaningful connections, and showcase their skills and experience to the people making hiring decisions.

It is important to note that The Podcast Academy serves as the connector and facilitator of these opportunities. All hiring decisions, recruiting processes, interviews, offers, and employment opportunities are managed solely by the participating companies and organizations. TPA does not hire candidates through this initiative; rather, we create pathways for our members to connect directly with those who do.
