APPLY BY JANUARY 19TH TO JOIN THE SPRING 2024 SESSION

The TPA Mentorship Program connects members with similar interests to a more experienced peer with the intent to facilitate connections across the worlds of content and business development while imparting knowledge from veterans in the podcast industry. 

Groups meet and work on mentee-established goals over the course of 4 months, with at least one meeting a month.

The TPA Mentorship program has two seasons:

• Spring: February - May

• Fall: August - November

Members who share a common role, interest or goal in podcasting are connected in a Mentee group and matched with a volunteer TPA Mentor. Mentorship groups meet monthly where productive discussion, knowledge sharing and peer-support are offered to support Mentees in achieving their professional growth goals.

Should I be a Mentor?
Not sure if you are ready to be a TPA mentor? If you identify with the criteria listed below, then you are ready!

• I have 3+ years working in podcasting.

• I am passionate about helping others.

• I can commit to around 10 hours of service across four months.

Bonus if you have mentored or coached in a professional or structured setting previously!
